Specification Review: The team reviews the customer’s size chart immediately upon order receipt.
Fabric Inspection: Raw fabric is received and prepped.
Program Verification: The Cutting Master examines the cutting program against the customer specifications.
Final Check & Cut: After confirming accuracy (“sure checking”), the fabric is cut to exact dimensions.

Shipping marks and barcodes are applied with precision to ensure easy scanning at your warehouse. Finally, the container loading process is personally supervised by our Factory Manager to guarantee the correct count and safe stacking, eliminating the risk of loading errors.
